Carpet seaming is one of the most technical parts of carpet installation that takes great skill and finesse. It is the signature of each individual carpet installation professional.

This workshop will dive deep in to the construction of many types of carpet so that you get a better understanding of why certain materials must be cut, sealed and seamed a certain way.

Several different cutting tools, techniques, and tricks will be introduced to help you create a better carpet seam. You will also learn multiple ways of sealing seams with various different types of products.

This is a HANDS-ON workshop that involves cutting, sealing and seaming several different types of carpet and is designed for any installer that wants to make improvements to his or her skillsets.  Whether you are an apprentice looking to gain carpet seaming skills or a seasoned installer looking to get even better at what you do, we guarantee that you will leave this class with a new and improved skillset.

We recommend that you bring only your cutting tools, knife, seam cutters you currently use, row finders, etc. If you don’t have any, no problem, we have everything you will need to create the absolute best carpet seam.
